Normal life has come to a screeching halt for so many people around the globe this month. We're all adapting to new ways to eat, drink, work and retain the fundamental joy of human contact-all while staying healthy. Fortunately, state officials are stepping up and allowing restaurants to sell wine to-go or pickup or delivery.

“Movieng” Experience

Cinepolis Luxury Cinema at the new Hillsdale Mall has so much to offer! Not only it’s a brand new movie theater, it also offers exceptional comfortable seats and unparalleled service!

We went to Cinepolis on a Saturday afternoon. It's cashless ticketing and there is no need to purchase tickets from a live person.

As soon as we sat down, the server came to us and asked if we wanted to order anything to eat or drink.  We decided to order a bottle of wine, and sipping wine at a movie theater had completely elevated our experience at the movies.

It's a really fun way to send your time watching the newest release.

Yep, can you imagine hanging out at a where where you can eat great food, drink exotic cocktails, playing bowling, throw some bocce balls, and sitting by the fire sipping delicious wine?

We had such a great time at Pinstrip (located at the new Hillsdale Mall). Awesome service, delicious food (particularly espresso rubbed filet mignon), and gorgeous ambiance. You literally can stay all day here and be entertained at all time. Everyone is so happy and having a great it me.

It’s a fun place to take your family or so team building. We highly recommend this place!!

Craving for Authentic Italian Food

We stumbled across this adorable Italian restaurant in San Mateo and decided to give it a try. Boy, we were so glad we did! Sole is a very cozy Italian restaurant that probably seat about 35 people or so. They also have an outdoor patio with blasting heat lamps which are perfect for a cool wintery day.

For appetizer, we ordered Burrata e Prosciutto di Parma. This is one of the best tasting burrata we ever had! The combination of creamy mozzarella, mouthwatering prosciutto with freshness of greens were exceptionally memorable!

For entrée, we had homemade Pappardelle alla Bolognese which the paste was cooked perfectly al Dante with satisfying meat sauce.

We also had Cacciucco Di Pesce which was a variety of seafood such as black muscles, salmon, prawns  with pasta in a spicy tomato broth. The portions were exceptional generous.

We were so satiated and did not have room for dessert. We will be back for sure to try different dishes!!
